About RiskPrep

RiskPrep is an exam preparation resource for the PRM examination. We provide test questions and tutorials to supplement your studies. Unlike other test preparation courses, we allow you to buy only what you need, and for the period that you need it for. Our courses represent the most affordable value for the PRM student.

We believe that the PRMIA Handbook + Test Questions from this website are sufficient to gain the knowledge you need - for the real world, and for the exams!

Riskprep supports PRMIA’s efforts to build the world’s most credible and valued risk certification. We share PRMIA’s philosophy, reflected in its not-for-profit status. The website started in November 2009.

Where does the money go?

Much of our revenues go toward paying for our costs, which primarily include website development costs. Some money is spent towards advertising - which essentially means the cost of Google Adwords. Around the end of 2010, any surplus arising will be paid to a charity. 

Riskprep is driven by a passion for the field of risk management, and a belief that the discipline brings value not only to the markets that bring opportunities and capital together, but all fields of human endeavor.

While the question pool requires a payment for access, all tutorial articles and access to the forum is free for all RiskPrep members. We encourage members to share experiences, career advice and any other matters of interest to the profession.

About Mukul Pareek
Riskprep’s initial content has been developed primarily by Mukul Pareek. Mukul is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. He is certified as a PRM and has worked in risk management, portfolio construction, audit, accounting and consulting. Mukul was the PRM Candidate of the Year 2009.
